ELECTRONIC RECYCLERS INTERNATIONAL® PRIVACY POLICY

- Introduction.
Electronic Recyclers International®, a Delaware corporation ("us," "we," or "Company"),
is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website
("the Site"). We created this Website Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to give you confidence as
you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of
privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access
from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially
from this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those privacy policies.

We reserve the right to share or transfer your Personal Information to a successor in interest that acquires
rights to that information as a result of the sale of Company or substantially all of Company's assets. In
developing our business, we may engage in the sale of certain assets, and the Company itself or parts of it
may be sold, merged or otherwise transferred. In such transaction or change in ownership, user information,
whether Personal Information or otherwise, may constitute one of the transferred assets. The Company will
notify affected users in accordance with the procedure for changing this Privacy Policy.

You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use
much of the Site; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your
Personal Information.
- Children under the Age of Thirteen (13).
We are strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit our website. We do not
knowingly collect personal information online from children under thirteen (13) and we have adopted techniques
to age-screen users to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Children's Online Federal Privacy
Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). COPPA and its accompanying regulations under federal law protect
the privacy of children using the Internet. We encourage all parents to talk to their children about online
safety and to monitor their children's use of the Internet.
- Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information.
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with
third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights
or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Use. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by
third parties. We provide you with the capability to transmit your Personal Information via secured and encrypted channels if you
use a similarly equipped web browser. You must promptly notify us if your user name or password is lost, stolen, or used without
permission. In such an event, we will remove that user name or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

parties' or corporate affiliates' direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared
and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses.

want a "California Privacy Rights Notice." Please allow at least thirty (30) days for a response.
- Updates and Modifications.
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting
such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or
modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
